  • 200g puff dough;
  • 2 medium tomatoes, cut into slices;
  • 200 g of cheese;
  • 50 g sharp hard cheese;
  • 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons mayonnaise or sour cream;
  • 100g chopped spinach, tarragon or other greens of your choice;
  • 1 egg;
  • 2 tablespoons of the mixture of spices (eg, hop-suneli);
  • salt and black pepper - to taste.

We separate the white from the yolk
Preheat the oven to 200 oC, set the rack on the middle level.
Break the egg into a cup and separate the white from the yolk.

Cut the tomatoes and season with salt
Wash tomatoes and cut them into slices.
Put the tomatoes in a colander and sprinkle them with salt. Leave them in a colander for about 10 minutes to have a liquid glass.

Roll out the dough into a circle
Roll the finished dough into a circle about 40 cm in diameter and place it on a baking sheet, the laid baking paper and oiled.

Mix cheese, egg, parsley, mayonnaise, salt and pepper
Now comes the stuffing. Crumble cheese and cheese grate.
Wash and finely chop the parsley.
In a bowl, mix the two cheeses, protein from eggs, greens, mayonnaise, salt and black pepper.

Spread the filling on the dough
Pour the filling into the center of the circle of dough.
Smooth it with a spoon across the surface of the dough, leaving about 5 cm from the edges of the dough free.

Fold the edges of the pizza

Spread the tomatoes on top of the filling
