Lenten pie with apples

Quick cake with apples - a great dish,which can be prepared during Lent. In this composition does not include dessert products of animal origin.   • 2 cups white flour;
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of sugar;
  • 80 g olive oil (2/3 cup);
  • 6 tablespoons. tablespoons of ice water;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • 3 ripe apples;
  • 100 g of powdered sugar;
  • 1 h. Spoon of starch;
  • powdered sugar or raisins to decorate (optional);

Take a deep bowl, mix in it the flour, butter, sugar, salt and water. Hands knead the dough, form a ball out of it and send it in the refrigerator to cool for 1 hour.

Apples cut into small slices or cubes. Mix in a separate bowl apples, cinnamon, starch, powdered sugar and 1 tbsp. spoon flour. All the ingredients mix well.
