- 2 tbsp. tablespoons vegetable oil;
- . 1 teaspoon ground cumin;
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder.;
- . 1 teaspoon ground coriander;
- salt - to taste.
Recipe "Pasta casserole in the oven":
Toss the pasta in salted boiling water andto cook until the noodles are not prepared (15-20 minutes). Add 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil in boiling water, it will help the pasta does not stick together.
Once the pasta is ready, place them in a colander and rinse with cold water. Set aside until their aside until further use.
Fry the onion in a large skillet with vegetable oil over medium heat. When the onion begins to change color, add pepper, sliced rings, and cook for another few minutes.
