In this recipe, we offer to bake cakes of potatoes, carrots and zucchini. Vegetable wind chops to taste and appearance somewhat similar to potato pancakes, but thanks to bake, they are more tender and dietary.
National vegetable cutlets
Ingredients for the "National Vegetable patties":
- 500 g zucchini;
- 1 medium carrot;
- 3 potatoes;
- 2 eggs;
- salt, black pepper - to taste;
- 1 bunch of parsley;
- green onion - to taste;
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons vegetable oil;
- 60 g of flour or bread crumbs.
