This nourishing and high-calorie food is more suitable for the cold season. A spring vegetarian lasagna recipe which is shown below, does not contain the meat component. But a part of this lasagna includes mushrooms, lots of greenery and three different kinds of cheeses: ricotta, Parmesan and mozzarella. This dish is suitable for those who do not eat meat or decided to arrange a fasting day.
Spring vegetarian lasagna
Ingredients for "Spring vegetarian lasagna":
- 1-2 onions;
- 2-3 cloves of garlic;
- 1 tbsp. tablespoon chopped thyme;
- 1 tbsp. tablespoon chopped oregano;
- 400 grams of mushrooms (best mushrooms);
- 200 g fresh spinach;
- 1 package of lasagna plates;
- bunch of parsley;
- 2 chicken eggs;
- 100g ricotta cheese;
- 150g parmesan cheese;
- 150g mozzarella cheese
- salt, pepper, spices - to taste;
- 2 tbsp. olive oil;
- 50 g of tomato sauce or ketchup.
Recipe "Spring vegetarian lasagna":
The next layer - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese and a little Parmesan cheese. Now again place 3 plate of lasagna.
Repeat steps 1 through 9 (check out the photos on the procedure step-by-step process).
Once you've done 2 layers of steps 1 to 9,listed above, place the 3 plates of lasagna on top of all the lasagna. The final step - 2-3 large spoons of pasta sauce on top of the dish. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese all.
Bake lasagna in the oven for 35 minutes. Then cover with aluminum foil and cook for another 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for 15 minutes (refrigerated lasagna is much easier to cut and serve). Serve the lasagne at the table hot, with garlic bread and green salad.
