Mushroom Caps stuffed with tomatoes, spices and cheese are obtained extremely juicy and tender. You can apply the mushrooms to the table decorated with their greens, lettuce or pouring cream sauce.
In general, for the baked mushrooms can be usedany filling: potatoes, rice, nuts, minced meat or fish, chicken or sausage. But in our recipe, we opted not to use a meat ingredient. If we exclude from cheese recipe, the dish becomes a vegetarian and suitable for people who observe the Christian Post, or do not eat animal products.
