Baked trout with lemon, parsley and dill- The recipe is not original, but repeatedly tested. The fact that it is better to prepare impossible. River trout baked in the oven with lemon and herbs - a perfect combination of fish and spices.

Baked trout is excellent for healthyfood, cook, and if it is correct, it is incredibly tasty. In this recipe, I thought it was a bit too much lemon, and I expect that the fish is too acidic.

But the result was better than I expected. Taste wonderful trout, lemon and herbs - as much as necessary. And, most importantly, the preparation of baked trout only took about 30 minutes for all.

Ingredients for a "recipe for trout in the oven":

  • 2 trout (total weight - 200 g 1 kg);
  • 2 small lemon;
  • 1/3 bunch of parsley;
  • 1/3 fennel beam;
  • salt and black pepper - to taste;
  • little sunflower or olive oil.

Prepare the ingredients for the recipe.
Wash the lemons in hot water and wipe dry (remember that usually lemons for safekeeping coated with a thin layer of wax is it we do not need).
Cut two lemons into thin rings.

Clean and gut fish
Gutted the fish and clean the scales (if it was not done in the store).
Wash trout in cold water and cut the fins of kitchen scissors.

Remove the fish spine

Lubricate the top trout with olive oil and cover with a layer of lemon circles.
Bake fish in preheated oven at 180-190 oC for 15 minutes.

Serve baked trout with rice
Next, move the oven rack to the upper level, and cook until fish is browned (about 2 minutes).
Serve baked trout both hot and cold.
I prefer to eat it while it's still warm.
