Squash, baked with cheese in the oven - ita great snack for any holiday table. All you need - a few zucchini, feta cheese, spices and half an hour. The result is a tasty and flavorful dish that can be fed with meat or potatoes.
By the way, squash can be stuffed not only cheesefeta, but also in any other, for example, grated grated hard cheese or cottage cheese. And if you replace the cheese on fried vegetable, mashed potatoes or boiled rice, the dish will melt completely vegetarian, and it can be served in the post.
Ingredients for "Zucchini stuffed with herbs and feta cheese":
- 4 medium zucchini zucchini;
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons vegetable oil;
- salt and pepper - to taste;
- 1 tbsp. spoon thyme;
- 1 tbsp. teaspoon oregano;
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons fresh chopped parsley;
- 200 g feta cheese;
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of cream (milk);
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons breadcrumbs.
Recipe "Zucchini stuffed with herbs and feta cheese":
Preheat oven to 180 gr.S. Baking brush with vegetable oil. Wash zucchini, cut lengthwise into halves with a spoon of clean seed. Sprinkle each zucchini with salt and pepper.
Place thyme, oregano, garlic and parsley in a food processor and mix.
Then, add the feta cheese, cream (milk) and mix in a food processor until smooth.
Stuff "boats" of zucchini cheese mixture. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and place on baking sheet.
Cover the pan with foil and send it in the oven for 25-30 minutes. Then remove the foil and continue to cook for another 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
Serve the zucchini with cheese and herbs, watering sour cream or mustard sauce.
